I was raised (now I mean for as long as I can remember) on the Chronicles of Narnia. I read the books, watched the original cartoon, re-read the books, watched the cartoon again... Loved it! So when "The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe" came out a couple years ago, you can bet I was thrilled. We went to the premiere and got to see the Wardrobe from the movie, some costumes and all kinds of fun stuff used, it was a real treat for a Narnia buff like me! One of the best parts about the making of these movies for me is that I have a dear part of my own childhood to share with my children in a new and exciting way. (Oh! and YES! I was a LOTR fan too! - I know it doesn't get much more sci-fi dorky than that, but I warned you I was getting personal! )

I was a HUGE Narnia fan. Can you believe I haven't seen the movie yet? This post reminded me to put it in my Netflix queue!
